ENVIRONMENTS FOR DREAMING, SOUND AND REST

Live, All Acoustic Multi-Instrumental Sets
Music for Lucid Dreaming

Featuring Instruments from Around the World

The musical sets were conceived as a way to allow the body and nervous system to relax and reset. The sessions begin with a brief discussion about lucid dreaming. There are a few simple breathing exercises and optional yin-oriented postures. As the sessions progress, the focus shifts from instruction to music and storytelling.

Suggestions: mat, blanket, anything to be warm and comfortable

Sumeet Banerji is a lifelong student of sound, posture and dreaming. His studies in music began under the influence of his grandmother Sushri Shanti Banerji. Her guidance led him to ancient and esoteric branches of Indian music and gave him the confidence to study with world renowned masters.

Based in San Francisco, he continues to develop and adapt these learnings to the contexts of sleep, meditation and subconscious exploration.
