Live Multi Instrumental Set/Yoga Nidra

This event is presented as a collaboration with The Jing Moon Society. Acupuncture will be offered to participants attending the all-day retreat. To attend the sound event only, please arrive between 5 and 5.30pm to give yourself enough time to settle in and get comfortable.

The sound event begins with a brief discussion about Yoga Nidra, followed by simple breathing exercises and a few optional postures.

As the session progresses, the focus will shift from verbal instruction to music and storytelling.

The musical set was conceived as a way to allow the body and nervous system to relax and reset.

Presenting instruments from all over the world, this event will be rooted in both ancient and modern musical traditions.

No prior experience is required.
